Clinton County Crazy Good Ham Loaf

  • 2 1/4 lb. ground ham + 3/4 lb. ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons  yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 onion chopped or grated
  • 1 1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 to 1 cup milk


  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple


Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the loaf together in a large bowl.  Place the mixture on a baking pan and firmly shape into a loaf.  Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees. 

Prepare the glaze by combing all the ingredients together in a large saucepan and bring to a boil on the stovetop for 1 minute.  After the loaf has been in the oven for 20 minutes, add the glaze and bake an additional 1 hour and 10 minutes, basting 2 to 3 more times.
